An energetic and innovative leader, he establishes immediate rapport with C-level executives, understands technology experts, and motivates employee teams, all with equal ease.

 

 

Bobby Novotny

Sales Engineer

Bobby Novotny is a 1974 graduate of Texas A&M University Engineering Department.  Upon graduating Cum Laude he secured a job with Exxon, USA involving worldwide exploration as a geophysicist.   His experiences led him to an engineering sales position with Tektronix, Inc.  During his 34 years with Tektronix, Mr. Novotny moved from Associate Account Manager to District and Regional Management positions in the field of test and measurement.  These roles included sales and consulting internationally for Tektronix.  As one of Tektronix’s most successful field account managers, Novotny contributed both in tactical implementation of processes and strategic directions for the company’s product definitions. Upon Novotny’s retirement from Tektronix in 2009, he was recognized as the most successful Salesman in the 60 year history of Tektronix.
